We would get owned by the Spurs, because they actually have a coach, and also because for whatever reason, the Clippers organization just pisses themselves whenever it’s time to play the Spurs.

the only good thing about this is that this incound play was less subtle and Gomes and VDN are going to get a lot more heat for it then the first time…

he never should have gotten a pass right before he crossed the halfcourt line. blaming cp3 for that pass is like blaming the goalie in hockey/soccer when his own defender scores on him. all gomes’ fault.
He tried to prevent the worst case scenario: a turnover.
I wouldn’t doubt it if CP shoulders the blame on this but the rationale at the point which the pass was out of reach, he’s thinking prevent a turnover.

Clips need to suck it up and beat Ws and a depleted Denver team this week and i will forgive them for this loss. It sucks but its just one game against one of the best teams in the L.

It’s a combination of Gomes’ bad pass, VDN letting Gomes inbounding the pass, and Chris Paul not realizing he can probably just keep going with the ball
There are also earlier points in the game that we can pinpoint…. it doesn’t only take one play or one player to lose a game
Chris Paul IS HURT. Vinny said he is fighting some "physical things" in the post game press conference.
As much as Gomes could have thrown it in the back court, CP3 could have come to a jump stop to keep from going into the back court or swallow the ball rather than throwing to someone for an open 3. If Foye was playing “safety” he should have been guarding the 3-point line. Much blame to go around on this as Gomes’ pass wasn’t necessarily bad if CP3 was going for the jump stop.

ITS JUST ONE GAME
It sucks big time but Clips are still a great team and still gonna win many games going forward. I thought it would be a blowout, at least we showed we have enough talent to beat SA in the future.

he just hasnt looked like himself lately…heck we started to make that run back into the game when he was on the bench.
Why didnt bledsoe get more burn? He was playing very very solid defense.

We can't blame this on just one person...
It’s a combination of Gomes’ bad pass, VDN letting Gomes inbounding the pass, and Chris Paul not realizing he can probably just keep going with the ball
There are also earlier points in the game that we can pinpoint…. it doesn’t only take one play or one player to lose a game

Chris Paul IS HURT. Vinny said he is fighting some "physical things" in the post game press conference.
As much as Gomes could have thrown it in the back court, CP3 could have come to a jump stop to keep from going into the back court or swallow the ball rather than throwing to someone for an open 3. If Foye was playing “safety” he should have been guarding the 3-point line. Much blame to go around on this as Gomes’ pass wasn’t necessarily bad if CP3 was going for the jump stop.
