Amazing what a few days off can do for regular season game! Lots of buzz regarding tonight’s game on the internets, tv and sports radio…I think the lakers come out with a ‘must-win’ attitude and take it (regardless if cp3 plays)….Here is some stuff I found:

We got the lakers number
I think. Lakes will come in more intense tonight, and maybe too intense, and drop another one

As much as I want to beat the Lakers
If there’s any doubt about CP3’s hammy, I hope they sit him. Our season means more than one game.
ganima - January 25, 2012
i hope so too...
during this morning commute heard vdn soundbite about making a decision this morning and that cp3 was ready to play 2 games ago, but it’s the dr and trainer holding him out…i don’t have a prob with this either.

CP3 is definitely playing
That’s all coach talk and maybe even an effort to throw off the Lakers.
But no way would CP3 miss this game. It sounds like he felt he could play vs. Toronto. It’s been 3 days and it’s the Lakers. CP understands what this game means b/c he’s constantly asked about the Lakers.
Having said that, I definitely agree that if he isn’t feeling right, he should sit. But I think he’s playing regardless.

Not sure I understand
This is a hammy issue, not a sprained ankle. These kinds of issues linger as you know and can easily be exacerbated if you come back too soon. Regardless of how you feel. It isn’t or shouldn’t be up to the player.

GOOD READ ESPN LA
“The Pest” Ramona’s ESPN LA article on how the CP3 trade went down is a VERY good read. Slightly different version than the NBA.COM David Aldridge article, but a good read nonetheless. Give credit to Olshey and Leon Rose, he pulled out all the stops.

No, I want to take the Lakers on their home court, then take their women afterwards.

Cp3 was probably
Ready to go earlier but they figured we cud win without him so they played safe. Playing safe meant to preserve him till tonite

Important Bledsoe news in there
Just says that he went through his first practice.
Is it a little funny that no one has talked about Bledsoe, almost at all? Btw yet another guard who would start on the Lakers.
Interesting little note that the plan is/might be to let Bledsoe play a couple of games in the D League, just to get his feet wet. The OCR says that there are 3 PGs playing in front of him, but that’s a very unsophisticated view of the Clipper guard corps. The plan, I would think, would be to give Bledsoe Randy Foye’s minutes, and see what happens. No one is taking any minutes away from Mo Williams right now, and CP3, one would guess, is going to come back and assert himself. The whole situation is fascinating and complex. Bledsoe is an important piece that the Clippers are yet to unveil. They obviously have the depth to be taking their time. The depth was tested a bit with CP3 out. Billups can use some minutes reduction after carrying an extra load through CP3’s injury, and his back was a little dicey, but he’s not going to want to give up too much. Foye did a good job too, I thought, all things considered. He’s a really good roster guy, but it won’t be bad if he disappears for awhile. Big game for him tonight though, as he’ll get to spend some time on Kobe.
Return of Bledsoe is a big development that will be getting a lot more attention through the weekend and into next week.
