The Back Story:
First meeting of the season. The Mavericks swept four meeting last season.
The Big Picture:
The Clippers suffered their worst and most embarrassing defeat of the season last night against the Jazz in Salt Lake City. I'm not suggesting that it was a strategy to tank that game and conserve their energy for the home crowd back in Staples tonight, but if they beat the Mavs, then it will all have paid off. I mean, no one really expected them to sweep a back-to-back-to-back, right? The real question is whether they'll have Chris Paul back (and to a lesser extent, Mo Williams). The starters should be able to hang with most teams even without them (although that certainly wasn't in evidence Tuesday), but the bench becomes a joke. The good news about a loss as bad as the one the Clippers suffered in Utah is that you don't really have to agonize over it. They got thrashed, it's over, move on. Hopefully they'll have much more energy in front of the home crowd tonight (last night they looked like they were playing in mud, but that can happen to a sea level team on a one day trip above 4000 feet).

The Antagonist:
The Mavericks started the season with three straight losses, and looked nothing like the team that stormed through the playoffs to their first NBA championship last summer. They've played better since, winning 8 of their last 11, but they still don't seem quite right. They lost some key pieces during the summer -- Tyson Chandler, J.J. Barea, Caron Butler and DeShawn Stevenson to be specific -- and depending upon your perspective, either damaged the chemistry of the team irrevocably, or forced it into a period of adjustment. The Mavs will always be built around Dirk Nowitzki, but there's no denying that there was something magical about the group from last season. Whether they can recapture that magic with a different group remains to be seen. Regardless, this would appear to be the last gasp for this group - of the core group, only Dirk, Shawn Marion and Brendan Haywood are signed beyond this season. They lost an ugly game to the Lakers on Monday night when Derek Fisher hit a three pointer with 3 seconds left.
The Subplots
From the Urban Dictionary:
maverick
n. The only word Sarah Palin can use to describe John McCain.
"John McCain's a Maverick!"

CP3 and Mo are out for this game??
I don’t know if I can watch Randy Foye play as much as he did these last 2 games anymore.
ClipperBEAST - January 18, 2012
Hopefully the extra day in LA for the Mavericks had them out late partying hard.
If not, we could be in trouble w/o CP3 or Mo. Vinny did not sound like CP3 was coming back soon when interviewed on TV last night stating we would get Mo back much sooner than CP3.
PV Mike - January 18, 2012
At least Vince Carter is out
For whatever that’s worth. Haywood as a Center is a joke, so BG an DJ should have their way in the paint, hopefully
Jayq - January 18, 2012
2003 called
It wants the notion that Vince Carter being out is somehow better for the opponent back.
boltsfan21 - January 18, 2012
Yeah, id actually be more worried about the young Dominique Jones (Dojo) filling in
He’s an athletic dude who looked good in spurts last year, he might be the one to replace Carter tonight. Hopefully he is a turnover machine if he plays.
cassellmania - January 18, 2012
DoJo
is currently in the D-League, has not been called back up since Carter’s Injury. Even if he would be available, Rick Carlisle does not agree with your assessment.
DOH - January 18, 2012
Billups has to be a pass first PG for us to win
He needs to get plays going for Blake to set up in the post, get DJ flowing with cuts to the basket off double teams, and set the mid range up for Butler. I really don’t want to see Foye start again its going to be a tough match up.
I would not mind seeing a starting line up of Billups,Butler,Gomes,Griffin, Jordan. At least then we have a chance at some offensive bench shooting with Foye, this thing with Mo is getting upsetting he should be back for this game.
KillaClip - January 18, 2012 via mobile
Sometimes Chauncey and Foye
look like Chucker A and Chucker B. Does anybody have their shooting % stats to date? I am guessing pretty low.
PV Mike - January 18, 2012
i still believe there is a littlw play maker left in him
Same thing goes for Foye but when they both try to go off and score it looks terrible. This may have been the reason all this time why Paul was so passive to start games so Billups can take all his shots early and would tire down and then Paul take over. Billups and Foye need to decide who will be the off ball scorer and who will look to shoot.
I personally would prefer Foye handling they ball to start as a pure PG I notice he has the best chemistry of knowing where to put the ball where Jordan can either catch it off the glass or knows where to lob it and DJ will out jump his man with Griffin he knows to get Griffin in the post and wait for the kick out. Once we get Jordan and Griffin going Billups will have better looks from range and attacking the basket. Later in the game Foye can attack play off of Billups hitting runners and open J’s.
KillaClip - January 18, 2012 via mobile
Shooting
Billups and Foye last two games 18-59. Both about 35% for the season.
Can’t touch Cookie’s 18% though.
Shooting can only get better.
thewhiteshadow - January 18, 2012
Billups TS% is at 54.7 while Foye is at a miserable 44.8%
Billups is still below his career average but it tells me that Chauncey can keep chucking it as he still gets to the line and is still hitting his threes. Butler is at 54% as a further comparison.
Foye should just pass, play defense and look pretty.
ganima - January 18, 2012
Billups
Although he won’t admit it, Chauncey is not really a PG anymore. He’s a Shooting Guard. Period. His best attributes at this stage of his career are knocking down the 3 and getting to the foul line. He’s not able to create opportunities for others as a PG needs to do. If the Clippers are not knocking down their jumpers they will continue to struggle to score points without Paul.
Beasel - January 18, 2012
Then Foye has to understand to not settle and set up plays
Its hard having to gunners at the same time its near impossible at PG and SG we need one to maintain an offensive flow for the entire team.
KillaClip - January 18, 2012 via mobile
Too much to ask from Foye
He’ll always be a chucker. Sure he can have stretches where he’ll distribute the ball (think he had 7 assists in the first half of the Nets game), but he’ll always go back to chucking. The only hope we have with Foye is that its one of the rare games where he is actually making shots.

Strength of Schedule Updated
Updated it looks like Clippers have the current highest SOS in the NBA
Dallas is 18th
Buddahfan - January 18, 2012
yea
But does it take into account the rest the Clips are getting? We’ve played fewer games and had more rest inbetween than other teams. The schedule must be getting nasty soon.
ClipperChuck - January 18, 2012 via mobile
Good Point
Maybe the SOS should reflect days off and not off between games.
Buddahfan - January 18, 2012
Does not
The Clippers schedule will get tougher on rest days, but will even out on opponents.
Steve Perrin - January 18, 2012
I figured
I figured the Clippers would go up based on playing Utah.
Steve Perrin - January 18, 2012
True But
True however won could argue that the top three teams in the league are in the EC.. However of the top 16 rated teams the EC has only six
So the WC has more good teams but the EC has the top teams in the league
Buddahfan - January 18, 2012
self fulfilling prophecy
I’m assuming you’re including Philly in that top 3 thing. Look at who they played. East gets to play more east teams, therefore good east teams look better than they are.
Steve Perrin - January 18, 2012
McCain supported the Patriot Act and was co-sponsor of the NDAA, the most draconian piece of legislature ever passed by the U.S. Congress.

Buddahfan - January 18, 2012
Steve's post was a lighthearted joke
Your response was a serious political statement that is far more likely to start a very off-topic and annoying political battle that no one here really cares to read.
Maybe Steve should’ve picked a different urban dictionary definition, or maybe, just maybe, he should be able to actually trust us to know a joke when we see one and not start taking sides.
I applaud your use of the word “draconian” though. It’s just an awesome word.
Erik O - January 18, 2012
Thanks For The Compliment
Sorry but I find nothing funny about the likes of those two. If McCain didn’t have so much influence I might take him as a joke, alas for Americans and the the world at large tthat is not the case
Buddahfan - January 18, 2012
Not to get in the middle of this, but . . .
McCain was also a war hero who was tortured in Vietnam for four years so he deserves a little respect.
Jax - January 18, 2012
You're making it worse, Buddahfan...
Just stop.
John Raffo - January 18, 2012
So you don't like McCain and Palin, but you don't think a joke at their expense is funny?
Strange…
But yeah, I really, really, really don’t care about how anyone on this blog feels about anyone’s political agendas. There is nothing at all interesting about that. So I will post a response that is equally as interesting.
Please join me in watching this paint peel:

Getting nervous about Chris Paul
Until I actually see him in a game healthy I’m going to assume that he’s going to be out for a long time. Remember Kaman’s “sprained ankle” that made him miss like 50 games last season? Hope this isn’t the same type of situation.

remember that one blake griffin injury? the stress that comes with being a clippers fan
CLIPPERDEAN - January 18, 2012
Awesome preview. Best of the year?
The strength of schedule bit is cool. The Blake Griffin, pre-school pick was funny. I like the “thread the needle” metaphor. In between, in Hammet-like economy and swift action, you handily cleaned up inappropriate posting in another thread. Steve remains the boss.
John Raffo - January 18, 2012
CP3
I expect CP3 to sit tonight as well. It’s only been 3 days since he injured the hamstring. That kind of injury doesn’t heal that quickly. If the Clips can win tonight, I think they’ll continue to rest him. But if they lose, then CP may try to rush back.
So I’m really hoping the Clips can pull this one out. The last thing we need is CP3 to rush back and not let that hamstring fully heal. It’s still a long season.
Personally I’d like to see him rest through the weekend and come back next Wed in Part II of the Battle of LA.
madglove - January 18, 2012
while wearing his civvies last night the brother was a limping. An immediate return did not look likely. Get better, Paul.
wilriv21 - January 18, 2012
Does anyone read the LAtimes?
Bledsoe-Out for 2 weeks
Chris Paul- Day to day, but they havent mentioned a return time, unlike Mo. Hopefully he is back by Sunday.
Mo- Was in shootaround yesterday, probable game time decision today. Hopes to be back on Friday.
Cook- Nobody cares.
NewCavsfan - January 18, 2012
Bledsoe is needed this game
The team lacks a Speed guy to change things up. Fortson is quick, but he’ll be playing at a normal pace for job security purposes. Leslie I will be shocked he gets PT. It will be a tough game. Then again, the Mavs are not a quick team anymore, as they have gutted the team to make a run a Dwight Howard.
oasisman - January 18, 2012
umm
The Clips are one of the best teams at taking care of the basketball this year. This is because CP3 is a wizard and Bledsoe hasn’t played. We need Bledsoe to come back and know how to play with a good pace. Turnover machine from last year cannot be in play this year.
ClipperChuck - January 18, 2012 via mobile
Elevation and Utah
If you follow the World Cup qualifiers, you know why the US and other countries have a hard time playing in Mexico City (7940 ft. above sea level). The elevation really messes you up.
If you follow the MLS, you know why other teams have a hard time playing in Salt Lake City. Not making excuses but elevation plays a role in the way you perform.
lovinglosangeles - January 18, 2012
Big, big difference between 4,000 and 8,000.
John Raffo - January 18, 2012
True but even the MLS teams
have a hard time in Salt Lake City (4226 ft). That’s one of the reasons why they usually get into town a couple of days ahead of the game just to get acclimated. And even then, sometimes it is not enough.
lovinglosangeles - January 18, 2012
Absolutely true
It’s also been at least a little responsible for the Tebow “magic.” The Broncos have always been a 4th-quarter comeback team at home because the other team is completely gassed by the end. I read somewhere that, statistically, the Broncos have historically enjoyed the biggest home-field advantage in all of American professional sports.
boltsfan21 - January 18, 2012

But could you please post the whole Hollinger article somewhere? I dont have insider so I cant follow the link to anything outside of a brief blurb.

So much for that…
Erik O - January 18, 2012

Buddahfan - January 18, 2012
I also thought the D'Antoni system would inflate his stats too
Melo really had every opportunity to start scoring 35ppg.

Tonight’s game is actually going to be on Fox Sports West, instead of Prime Ticket (Ducks-Phoenix Coyotes game at the same time).
Shawn H - January 18, 2012
No excuses...
It was a bad game, every team in the league has a bad game or two. Learn from it and move on.
We do need both CP3 and Mo. I like Chauncy has a SG, as a PG….eh.
Hengtime81 - January 18, 2012
I didn't see the game last nite
But was listening to the Jazz announcers, wont do that again. But, our second team was so sad, I know they can’t really score but it sure seemed that Utah completely controlled the paint also while they were in. At least make the other team beat you with free throws if you can’t score at all. There HAS to be someone besides Mo who can step up, who is it?
rouse77 - January 18, 2012
Blake meeds to go BEAST
He needs to take over and take away shots from Foye. Looking forward to see how he bounces back after geting punched in the face, figuritively of course.
cliptakular - January 18, 2012
I prefer Griffin play under control. Athletic but still under control. Not putting up shot after shot or forcing his shot. More hustle, layups, putbacks etc
wilriv21 - January 18, 2012
I don't think anyone played more than 30 minutes last night. The guys should be rested.
I think since it’s a big team and it’s a nationally televised game, the team will show up. 710 AM is bashing us for the loss last night. They are questioning our teams heart. I think the Jazz game was the obvious throw away game. I think the Mavs like to use the zone defense which doesn’t work well on the Clippers. We are at home. We can take this even without CP3. Our perimeter defense needs to be good.
tenkaistar - January 18, 2012
That's pretty funny coming from 710/Lakers
I guess we should question the Lakers’ heart for losing to Sacto.
Having said that, we need to learn how to win on the road. Work in progress.
Jax - January 18, 2012
This team has a big heart
but it needs to show up in the 2nd unit..
rouse77 - January 18, 2012
Re: zone defense- Butler and Billups
Went combined 0-8 on 3s last night. I highly doubt they shoot that poorly two games in a row. I expect an ugly, close game, but a Clipper W at the end of the night.
cassellmania - January 18, 2012
The goal remains to just make the playoffs
This season has definitely been filled with a lot more parity than I’m use to…get healthy by playoffs and be in for the playoffs. That’s all that matters.
UC.Clipper - January 18, 2012
I think the goal is more than just to make the playoffs with this team, otherwise that's a weak goal.
chrisd - January 18, 2012
Finishs ahead of Fakers
the goal is one spot ahead of the other LA team.
Pats fan in CA - January 18, 2012
I don't think he means playoffs and swept
he means just survive the schedule until the playoffs so that we are healthy in the beginning and prime for a run
LJ Hann - January 18, 2012
Agree Sort Of
I also think that they would like to finish ahead of the Lakers but not at the risk of incurring serious injuries that would make it difficult for the Clippers to start the playoffs healthy.
Buddahfan - January 18, 2012
Dirk Sick
Didn’t participate in shootaround this morning and Carter got sent home to Dallas to be reexamined. Might be a good thing for the Clippers.

TinkyTime - January 18, 2012
To get a win tonight
the Clippers need to play with more effort on defense. It will be interesting to see how they approach covering Dirk. I would love to see Blake get some opportunities, although we may be better suited keeping blake down low for rebounds as the Mavs like to take a lot of Jump shots. If Blake does end up covering Dirk on the perimeter, its imperative that the guards crash the boards.
Offensively, the Clippers need to go at Nowitzki early and often. Take advantage of the mismatches we have. Assuming Chris Paul doesn’t play, lets see Billups and Blake work the two man game. If Kidd/Terry go under screens, Chauncey needs to knock down the mid range jumper. On the pick and pop, lets see Grififn try to get the ball a couple of feet closer (15-16 ft as opposed to 19-20). Force Dallas to switch on screens when they are in Man to man and get the mismatches we want. If they sit in a zone, its all about spreading them out and knocking down shots. Butler, Billups, Foye, and (sigh) even Gomes need to knock down some shots, and the bigs need to rebound. Without Paul the Clippers have looked lost at times, and that can’t happen. Get stops and run when you can and execute in the half court. That plus a little bit of effort on the defensive end and the Clippers have a great shot 2 finish the back to back to back 2-1 .
johnnyoc21 - January 18, 2012
The best thing is they do not have to chase Barea around all night.
PV Mike - January 18, 2012

lovinglosangeles - January 18, 2012
For sure
As long as 2 of the Mo, Butler, Billups trio play well we can win without CP3. Last night, there was no Mo, and Billups and Butler both didnt play well.
NewCavsfan - January 18, 2012

cassellmania - January 18, 2012
aside from wilbon, that entire panel is pretty bad
shap - January 18, 2012
True
I never took the espn panels seriously. TNT panel blows them away, even though I was seriously disappointed in Chuck blatant dissing of the Clips on MLK day, saying ’They’re still the second best team at staples’ without explaining himself, then going on and on how K Love is best PF in game. Shaq and Kenny tried to explain to Chuck how Blake is at least as good as K Love and Chuck just stared without saying a word. What up Chuck? I guess he sees the Clips as a hype team, and he usually roots for underdogs, as evident by his ridiculous statement that ‘The Blazers and Nuggets are the top teams in west’
cassellmania - January 18, 2012
not a big fan the chuck/shaq back and forths early on
shap - January 18, 2012
Remember
Chuck is a big believer in size = championships. Which is weird coming from an undersized PF… but maybe it’s his excuse for why he couldn’t dominate properly. Always wished he was taller or something?
Erik O - January 18, 2012
Oh but he's underrated according to John Hollinger
Erik O - January 18, 2012
Reggie!
Admittedly, I haven’t seen every game, but I love what I saw from Reggie in the games that I did see. Sure, he’s undersized and doesn’t have much of a basketball skill set, but the dude was playing hard, snatching boards and dribbling it out instead of looking for his shot. I love when guys know their roles. Maybe I also just love guys who make hustle plays. I hope Blake gets nasty on the boards tonight and makes a few hustle plays of his own. I also might just love yelling THANK YOU REGGIE! THAT’S WHAT YOU SUPPOSED TO DO! every time he grabs an offensive board.

Rakelds79 - January 18, 2012
Actually I think it is champing
TinkyTime - January 18, 2012
Really? Lol I've been spelling it wrong for years
Rakelds79 - January 18, 2012
Yeah it's real stupid
But champing is the correct form I think
TinkyTime - January 18, 2012
Yup
I believe the origins are British, but it still refers to the sound of a horse chewing on their bit. The words “champ” and “chomp” are both similar onomatopoeia in this case. “Champing” is the proper term to use when referring to what a horse is doing, but “chomping” is basically the same thing (just not restricted to horses).

+1
Hengtime81 - January 18, 2012
One good note thougH
Arash Markazi said he was getting shots up at center court. So he must be feeling better
Rakelds79 - January 18, 2012
Really good sign.
Hengtime81 - January 18, 2012
CP3 is a warrior, I think he might play.
Hengtime81 - January 18, 2012
After a loss like that to Utah
I wouldn’t be surprised if he get’s some playing time.
SurfinQ00 - January 18, 2012
I meant getting shots up, and chatting with mark Cuban at center court
Rakelds79 - January 18, 2012
hopefully this means he'll play fri
shap - January 18, 2012
yes im being selfish because im going to the game
this is my only chance to catch the team this year tho
shap - January 18, 2012
https://twitter.com/#!/MadelynBurke/status/159815347745198082/photo/1
shots of CP3 warming up right now via Madelyn’s twitter, although she says he’s doubtful to play
chrisd - January 18, 2012
PLEASE CP3 BE LIMITED TONIGHT
want him to play, but go too hard. Start Mo, give CP3 like 20 min
LJ Hann - January 18, 2012
Save CP3 for tonight
and we go 54-0 remaining regular season games!
Pats fan in CA - January 18, 2012
Anyone else feel Fortson> Morris (on Lakers)
There has been a lot of chit chat about Morris, especially with Steve Blake injured. The kid dribbles a lot, is often out of control, and his shots that go in are often more luck than skill. I think Fortson controls the game better, is faster, and takes much better shots. Am I crazy or is Fortson better than the Lakers’ backup PG?
SurfinQ00 - January 18, 2012
Fortson vs Morris
I compare Fortson to Mike Taylor. Has potential for good games here and there. I agree with Morris, he’s just a lucky mofo and is really cocky because he’s on the Lakers. But if you ask me, I wouldn’t sign either of them on my team.
Hengtime81 - January 18, 2012
I wouldn't sign either of them too.
But everybody needs a backup… (in this case backup to a backup) and I like Fortson over Morris. I didn’t know if I’m the only one who thinks Morris is full of it, just wanted to know what others thought
SurfinQ00 - January 18, 2012
I think he's really full of it...
If you really analyze Laker’s 2nd players, they really think they are the sh!t. Players like Sasha, Farmer, and Shannon Brown, they all had this swagger because they had Kobe’s skills to back up their mediocre skills. But when they leave the Lakers, they just fade away. I see that with Morris, he only acts cocky because he’s on the Lakers so he can brag at the club to get the hoodrat.
Hengtime81 - January 18, 2012
*2nd string players
Hengtime81 - January 18, 2012
DJ Mbenga, Josh Powell,Trevor Ariza,Lamar Odom(so far?)
all former Laker players who you could say that applies to.
Maybe Kobe actually (gulp) makes his teammates better?
LJ Hann - January 18, 2012
Kobe is a smoke screen for them...
I hate him, but he’s a great player that helps his teammates. But it’s more like his play helps them get open and free up the court. You might not agree with me, but when Fisher left to GSW and Utah, he was really a nobody. Until he came back, Kobe made him relevant as a player again.
Hengtime81 - January 18, 2012
Kobe also has the ability to make his teammates far less significant.
I agree, he can attract a lot of attention to free up the court, but so can ANY great shooter. I think Kobe is a great player (he is the 2nd best in history in my opinion) but he isn’t quite the “team player.” Yes, he spreads the court and he can give other’s better looks, the question is how often does he actually give them better looks. And the answer is simple, not often enough.
SurfinQ00 - January 18, 2012
I agree..
I just think Kobe’s presence around these players like Morris, Brown, Sasha, etc makes them more visible when they do something good.
Hengtime81 - January 18, 2012
I always hated Vujacic
LJ Hann - January 18, 2012
I love his fiance though!
Maria Sharapova
Hengtime81 - January 18, 2012
Marko Jaric still wins.
SurfinQ00 - January 18, 2012
That's a tough one...
I like them both!
Hengtime81 - January 18, 2012
Lima is way hotter than Sharapova imo
NewCavsfan - January 18, 2012
She WAS a model.
I agree, Sharapova is great, but you don’t compete with a model!! On a less basketball related note, Andy Roddick wins it all.
SurfinQ00 - January 18, 2012
Ding Ding Ding...we have a winner!
Hengtime81 - January 18, 2012
How? He was such a GREAT player?
Do you remember those 2 free throws he iced the finals with.. and…. and…. his… ? Yeah, I got nothing.
SurfinQ00 - January 18, 2012
Do you remember...
when he cried on the bench and slapped a chair during the Finals?
Hengtime81 - January 18, 2012
Pretty sure Fish is still a nobody
Just that Kobe is the only star in the entire league that trusts him to do anything, and since Kobe gets what Kobe wants, Fish gets PT despite being bad for the team.
Erik O - January 18, 2012
A Nobody but...
probably a HOF because of Kobe. SMH.
Hengtime81 - January 18, 2012
nooooooo lol
areer averages 8/3… no way
LJ Hann - January 18, 2012
You don't think...
He’ll get in because of .3 secs and all of the overrated buzzer beaters?
Hengtime81 - January 18, 2012
I hope you're right!
But for some reason I feel he’s going to be voted in.
Hengtime81 - January 18, 2012
.4 seconds
and no. If he does, it will be because he is a players union guy, not cause of his playing
LJ Hann - January 18, 2012
My bad...
.4 (before instant replay). He’s a horrible Union President too.
Hengtime81 - January 18, 2012
Just Curious
Do you have a real, educated opinion on Fisher’s work as Union President? Or do you say this due to the lockout?
I can’t really speak on the matter, as I kind of timed out during the lockout, but I think alot of people speak without knowing.
LJ Hann - January 18, 2012
both are bottom of the bench/dleague guys at this point
shap - January 18, 2012
Guys, didn't you see that 3/4 court shot he made against us?
UNLIMITED RANGEILL Eagle - January 18, 2012
Anyone who makes a single bucket on the Lakers gets notice
Remember when Josh Powell walked to the other side of Staples? He was just as crappy as when he was a Clipper, but because he was wearing the purple and gold, people were talking about how he was this exciting and athletic PF prospect after like 1 good game. Then when he consistently sucked, people eventually forgot about him.
Erik O - January 18, 2012
Please no that didn't go so well part III
Controversysells - January 18, 2012 via mobile
Madelyn Burke's twitter said CP3 is questionable for tonight
peterghost - January 18, 2012

LJ Hann - January 18, 2012

Hengtime81 - January 18, 2012

LJ Hann - January 18, 2012
Can I get Madelyn's number?

LJ Hann - January 18, 2012
CP3 told VDN "I can go 10 minutes"
VDN said no.
Per Bucher
LJ Hann - January 18, 2012
Wow, just wow
CP3 for 10 minutes could easily be the difference in this game. I realize we dont want to aggravate the injury, but come on.
NewCavsfan - January 18, 2012
Hopefully he suits up, just in case.
Hengtime81 - January 18, 2012
I Think he needs to have a full practice b4 playing
10 min would turn to 30 quick
Rakelds79 - January 18, 2012
He wouldn't start
probably get like 2 minutes here/there and then down the stretch
LJ Hann - January 18, 2012
as long as it's the final 2 minutes of every quarter that would be AMAZING
chrisd - January 18, 2012
he is out though
this is pure pointless speculation on my part
LJ Hann - January 18, 2012
VDN, btw
Wants to see how CP3 goes thru a full workout, and see how he feels the day after
LJ Hann - January 18, 2012
it's a good sign at least for the games this weekend
chrisd - January 18, 2012
